Berth Specification

Superyacht berthing is rarely listed on any tariff sheet in Asia; it is negotiated. Availability for larger yachts depends on berth allocation at the time of request, so early enquiry with full vessel particulars is strongly recommended — and agency support matters more than the headline rate at this size.

  • Vessels up to 80m accommodated
  • Stern-to and alongside berthing
  • Shore power 240V/400V up to 200A
  • Private concierge and provisioning
  • Adjacent to Grand Outlet and promenade

Charter Brokers, Cruising Grounds & Clearance: How a Bali Berth Fits

Most superyachts calling at Bali are run by international charter brokers or owners’ management offices. What they need from a marina is the base layer: a secure berth between legs, clearance at a designated port of entry, fuel and provisioning, and crew changeover close to an international airport.

Working with superyacht charter brokers on Indonesia itineraries. Charters at this size are usually sold through international brokerage houses and central agents abroad; this is an independent marina guide, not a brokerage, so we do not sell charters here. What a broker-managed program needs from the Bali end is what this desk arranges: berth liaison with full vessel particulars, a licensed clearance agent, security, bunkering and airport transfers — one local counterpart the broker or captain can hold accountable.

Where the boats actually go. Indonesia’s superyacht cruising grounds run on two seasons at opposite ends of the archipelago: Komodo and the Lesser Sundas from May to September, Raja Ampat and eastern Indonesia from October to April, with Bali, Nusa Penida, Lombok and Sumbawa as the natural corridor between them. A Bali berth sits in the middle of that rhythm, which is why most programs use it for turnarounds, guest changeover and provisioning rather than as a destination in itself.

The regulatory line every foreign yacht crosses. Foreign-flagged private yachts cruise Indonesia under temporary admission and clear in at designated entry ports through the CIQP chain — customs, immigration, quarantine and port authority. Commercial charter inside Indonesia is a different regime: it requires an Indonesian entity and licenses, and cabotage rules favor Indonesian-flag vessels. This is information, not legal advice — the regulated work belongs to licensed agents, and our yacht agency desk coordinates it per call.
